As Rich prepared for retirement, we wanted to create an opportunity for the clients who have worked with him over the years to meet the people who will continue to be part of their team.
Rich’s open house brought clients together with Paul, Steve, and other members of the team they may not have had the opportunity to meet before. Held at The Market at Malcolm Yards in Saint Paul, the gathering was intentionally casual: a chance to connect, share conversation, and put faces to the names behind the team.
For us, it was about more than introducing colleagues. It was about making sure clients knew the relationships and support they have come to value would continue as Rich entered his next chapter.
Transitions are a natural part of life and business. We believe they are best navigated with open communication, familiar faces, and a team that remains committed to being there for its clients every step of the way.
BALLAST GIVES BACK
This quarter, our team had the privilege of volunteering at Second Harvest Heartland, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger and feeding families in need. We joined forces with other compassionate volunteers to pack food that will directly benefit individuals and families facing food insecurity. Through our collective efforts, we packed a total of 4,383 pounds of food, which equates to 4,031 meals that will provide nourishment to those who need it most.
Volunteering and giving back to our community is not just about the work we do during these moments—it’s about making a lasting impact. By dedicating time and resources to causes like Second Harvest Heartland, we help create a stronger, more connected community.
